Returns & Exchanges
At Seen Opticians, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your new frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and security tags intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique Return Authorization number.
- 2.Secure Your Package
Carefully place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the shipping box, ensuring you include the completed returns form provided with your order.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our optical specialists verify the condition of the frames, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
